My vision-
Still figuring it all out...
Grounding...pampering...making appointments for ourselves...taking care of our skin, our mind, our heart. I want to offer recipes, share tips, give referral connections of women who help build us up. Ideas for kiddos to help their minds grow & give you some space- that all can help. If you feel alone- especially if you are sleep deprived & wonder if you will ever eat warm, food uninterrupted again- it will happen. You are AMAZING. You housed a human & you are forever changed. I am finally embracing that, rather than feeling guilty for being a new person. We are in a season of change. This is here to build easy connections & supports.

I'm here as a passionate mom to help connect & relate- not as a treatment therapist. I realized I want a one stop place- for physical, mental, & overall health. I'm going to partner with women I know within the tri-state area & around the country who have made me a better person & mother. I will have referral & recommendation offers. I just want to help and make the dance of googling things at 2 am while sleep deprived be a little easier because options are presented for you.

I want a sense of community without pressures to do anything that doesn't serve you. It's taken me time to cut off things, people, and areas that don't build me up and are the best use of my time. We can't get our time back so why not use it wisely?
Going back to therapy point- that IF that is something you feel is helpful, (which I think everyone in the world should see a therapist during life)- I'll do my best to steer you in the mental health recommendations arena. I know some general treatment options, free ones, & out of state providers. Everyone needs people. I had a lot of pride to figure things out and even on a physical level during pregnancy & after birth- I was struggling.

Chiropractor services truly changed my life. I'm grateful I was referred by my initial pelvic floor doctor- (who I put off seeing further because I didn't want to pay out of pocket) gave me the chiropractor contact. I felt guilty doing something for myself but knew something was not right. People minimized or attributed to it being from the baby but I had significant pain even before I was showing being pregnant with my 2nd. My new PT thought another provider would better help me instead of continuing to see me without major improvements to my intense & constant pain. That's strength to see your limits & not be the hero to do it all- especially when everyone has a niche, a specialty to better serve others.

TRUST YOUR GUT. If you do stuff out of obligation- things will eventually serve you last- if at all. I felt bad not staying in treatment, but felt grateful she led me to another form of healing- chiropractor services. I had chiropractor & physical therapy support in the past after bad car accidents but never felt a true holistic & refreshing benefit. My doctor sent me options & those other contacts helped my healing as well. I worked with an amazing massage therapist who had significant expertise & attention at the woman's body to help ease intense pain.

If you feel like to be interviewed to have conversations on a particular topic, I'd love to expand to having discussion on things we wish we knew, things no one talks about, and having an open/safe space to feel at ease- without being judged. I'm all for self care and improving myself, to be a better partner, mother, friend, etc. Please help to speak up. We all can offer something. You never know who you can connect with or how you can help someone. If you are starting a business, and want support in spreading the word- I'm here for it! Let's help another out. SPEAK THE TRUTH- EVEN IF YOUR VOICE SHAKES!

For personal recommendations, I will note that on a work in progress referral page. I'm happy to expand what types of things are shared here. Please help offer anything you feel will hit home & connect to other mama bears. Thank you for your time.<3
